…Conference Identity…

Since its start in 2002, the Environmental Conference of Macedonia has been held every three years in Thessaloniki. It provides a platform for scientists working on environmental control, management, and technology, as well as issues in environmental education. The conference presents work on environmental topics in Greece from a wide range of scientific fields and specialties. Its goals are to offer a comprehensive presentation of environmental issues, facilitate the exchange of scientific opinions, inform citizens accurately, formulate proposals for environmental protection and improvement, and strengthen environmental education and awareness. It has become an established conference; attendance has exceeded expectations since the first conference in 2002, including during the COVID pandemic.
